You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described on our website.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

We'll review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and any documentation requested in your return instructions.
Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
